First Subaru BRZ (a brother to the Toyota 86) in Singapore? Garage36 spotted this in an area called Emerald Hill. What’s special? Well in Singapore to have a car driven on the street it must first be road registered, which includes a hefty premium of about $70,000 SGD (around $56,000 USD) for just the piece of paper that entitles you to own a car.

So it’s likely that this car costs around $170,000 SGD to $200,000 SGD ($136,000 USD to $160,000 USD) to drive.

First road registered Subaru BRZ in Singapore? At these prices i would say it’s entirely possible!

But is this the first street registered Subaru BRZ in the world? That’s another question entirely.
