2012 is kicking off and for me it is kicking off in a great way. This year I will finally get to build my own race car. After years of shooting the coolest cars behind the armco, I now have the opportunity to go racing myself. But onto the video, Japan is home to some of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers in the world. It is also home to some of the most dedicated and enthusiastic exotic car owners in Japan. Even though these 2 collectors have completely different personalities, it isn’t hard to see the joy they hold when they see their cars. What’s even more impressive is the time and attention to detail these guys put in to their collection.

NEWS – BACK TO THE TRACK FOR SUPER GT

The catastrophic  events of March 11th and their aftermath put most of the professional sport activities in Japan in a limbo just as many of the championships were going to begin. Motor sports were impacted as well, and test sessions and opening races were postponed in droves. This was of course the case for Super GT: the opening round in Okayama at the end of March did not happen and neither did the last test session scheduled at the same circuit for the 19 and 20 March.
