Today was a HUGE day. Not only was I fortunate enough to shoot a Veilside Skyline original from 1993 and attend the biggest classic car meet of the year at Fuji Speedway under perfect blue skies, on the return trip home I was accosted by the sight of at least a hundred VIP cars returning from a meet somewhere in western Japan.
Toyota… They might be going through a rough patch at the moment but as far as the aftermarket underworld in Osaka is concerned, the big sedans from Aichi reign supreme, with Nissan’s line up coming a distant second.
I saw this UFC31Toyota Celsior at Global Auto a while back and it instantly stood out, not because of its Swiss cheese front fenders or belly scraping stance, but because Global Auto don’t stock VIP cars… or do they?
